Niccolò Montanari – Creative Director and co-founder

A business oriented linguist and traveller, Nico’s true love lies in the creation of thought-provoking events. He graduated from Goldsmiths University of London, and soon acquired editorial and event management experience within a wide range of creative industries in London and Berlin.  Always looking to promote young creatives and advise them on how to be successful, he believes that no idea is too crazy, as long as it’s channelled and communicated effectively.

Lisa Filippini – Project Director and co-founder

Outgoing, outspoken and with a keen eye for high quality tailoring, Lisa manages our events and curates the selection of designers we work with. She graduated from the Politecnico di Milano with a Master’s degree in Fashion Design, and immediately gained first-hand experience of the fashion industry first in Milan, and then in Berlin. When she is not organising people’s lives and projects, you’ll probably find her flying across Europe on the lookout for the next emerging design talent.

Josh Wilson – Web Designer

Professes to be Scottish, but doesn’t sound it. Josh has been living in Berlin since he realised there were countries with beer AND sunshine. He is the clever mind behind FIER management’s coding, but for some reason he also has a degree in Biology. When he is not making websites for fun or money, he is making words appear in different orders to see if anyone wants to print them.

Goran Sidjimovski – PR and Marketing Manager

A background in financial management combined with five years experience in the fashion industry has brought one of the main contributors of Fashion Weekend Skopje to become a vital asset in FIER management’s public voice and persona. A workaholic by nature, Goran’s mind is constantly coming up with new strategies and ways to support the emerging fashion scene and mark Berlin as an important destination within the international fashion scene.
